On May 10, at the regularly scheduled club meeting, a majority of the LBC club members decided to restructure the format of the club.

The changes were made with the hope that our club will be more inviting and affordable, while maintaining our sense of camaraderie and history.

The following changes were made:

1. All tournaments will now be a team format.
   
2. Boaters are not required to have the same partner from month to month, or required to have a non-boater.
   
3. Points will no longer be awarded. (See * below for more information.)
   
4. Meetings are not required.
   
5. All tournaments are a "pay at the ramp" format. Winners will be paid at the conclusion of the tournament.
   
6. The affiliation with B.A.S.S. will remain from year to year if there are 6 individuals interested in such.
   
7. One boater-only tournament each year will determine the "Top 6" state team for the B.A.S.S Federation.
   
8. Annual club dues are $20 and you can pay this at the ramp before the first tournament you fish.
   
9. Tournaments are $50 per boat with an optional $10 big bass fee.

* Another change that was not voted upon, but will be considered in the very near future is the retention of individual standings by having both boater and non-boater weigh separately and together (combined) so the club can still award an "Angler of the Year" title. If this is decided, points will be awarded for weight only.
